  1. PowerReplace 4.5.3 -  is a simple and powerful text conversion utility using the Drag/Drop technology. It can convert the character, word and CR, LF, TAB to any other word. Because it uses the character * for any indeterminate word, it can do some thing as delete the comments in the C++ source file ( /*comment*/ and //comment ). I often use it for convert TeX-8-bit file to TeX-7-bit file, and FRENCH text file to HTML format file. You can write your own filter-file easily using any text editor, to convert for example your PC DOS text file to MAC file. See ﾒFilterFile Docﾓ and ﾒPowerReplace FAQ(fr)ﾓ for more information.
